SEC sues Kraken Exchange again! Congressman Mike Flood joins me to talk about holding Gary Gensler and the SEC accountable.

Scumbag Regulator Gary Gensler is at it again! The SEC is suing Kraken exchange after settling with them earlier this year for $30 million and the exchange had to shutdown its staking service in the US.
In a new case against crypto exchange Kraken, the SEC alleges that:
Kraken Failed to Register as a National Securities Exchange
Kraken Failed to Register as a Broker-Dealer
Kraken Failed to Register as a Clearing Agency
The SEC further alleges that Kraken's business creates "heightened risks" for customers, including commingling customer crypto assets with its own fiat holdings.
This lawsuit is very similar to the SEC vs Coinbase case. Maybe Kraken and Coinbase can team up against the SEC.
