🚀 Coinbase Joins the S&P 500

History was made yesterday as Coinbase became the first and only crypto company to join the S&P 500 index, replacing Discover Financial Services—a symbolic shift as crypto begins to eclipse traditional finance.

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong shared the moment on X, tweeting:

“This milestone represents what the true believers—from retail investors to institutional investors to our employees and partners—knew all along. Crypto is here to stay.”

This comes on the heels of multiple U.S. states passing Bitcoin Reserve bills into law, another major step toward mainstream adoption.

💼 Robinhood Acquires WonderFi

Today brought even more big news: Robinhood is acquiring Canadian crypto firm WonderFi for approximately CA$250 million (US$179 million) in an all-cash deal. This move signals Robinhood’s intent to aggressively expand its global crypto footprint.

🪙 VanEck Launches Tokenized Fund on Multiple Chains

Asset manager VanEck just launched its first tokenized fund, VBILL, in partnership with Securitize. The fund is now live across Avalanche, BNB Chain, Ethereum, and Solana, giving a glimpse into how tokenization is transforming finance.

Expect even more M&A, IPOs, and global expansion as this bull market accelerates.

📈 Bitcoin Price Action: Rally + Consolidation

In recent newsletters, I’ve outlined the bullish setup: surging global liquidity, a declining DXY, consistent whale accumulation, and key technical breakouts. And right on cue—Bitcoin rallied to nearly $105,000 this weekend and is now consolidating around $104,000.

While the RSI on the daily chart is overbought, this isn’t necessarily bearish. We’ve seen Bitcoin stay in overbought territory for weeks during past rallies, such as in November.

I believe the next target zone is $120K–$125K, where we could see a local top form.

🔍 Bullish Indicators Are Flashing

Weekly RSI is breaking out and weekly MACD has flipped green—momentum is with the bulls.
BTC and USDT dominance are falling, signaling fresh liquidity is entering the market and flowing into altcoins.
Ethereum's recent breakout adds confirmation to this broader expansion.

As I’ve emphasized before, whales are accumulating. Data from Santiment shows wallets holding 10+ BTC continue to grow—a strong sign of long-term conviction.
